Clodiagh Rangers u11 continued their unbeaten run in an eight goal thriller against neighbours Holycross in Drombane last Saturday.
Jack Ryan Casey fired Clodiagh in front early on but Holycross responded to level matters minutes later. However Clodiagh Rangers finished the half stronger and goals from Keith Ryan and another from Jack Ryan Casey had the home side 3-1 up at the break. The second half produced more good football from both sides with lots of goalmouth action resulting in further goals for Clodiagh Rangers from Sean Ryan (H) and a deflected effort in off a Holycross defender.
The visitors grabbed a second goal with a tidy finish to make it 5-2 before Keith Ryan made it 6-2 with a fine long range shot.

Clodiagh Rangers put in a great display overall but Jack Ryan Casey, Dillon Maher and Sean Ryan (H) were particularly impressive on the day.

Afterwards, NTSFL fixtures secretary Denny Ryan presented team captain Keith Ryan with the Division Two League trophy and they will now head into the U11 cup with some confidence based on their fine league form all season.
